Yeah we had a bad day lol...
While my wife was cooking, she went out to put out the garbage... My 2 YO daughter followd her...
She shut the door and somehow managed to lock it...
After many attempts to let my daughter to unlock the door, she kept turning the key into the wrong direction...
Then my wife tried to force the lock with a screwdriver... again... no succes...
After, she tried to break a window... That also didn't work...
Meanwhile, the food started burning, so she called the cops...
They arrived within 2 minutes... They broke a window and finally got in...

Balance:
1 broken window : 45 €
1 broken lock: 28 €
smoke damage: will be repared when re-decorating
and a lunch wasted...

But... we learned an important lesson...
NEVER leave any keys in proximity of a toddler !!!
