Scrim Teams

This is something Nate and I have talked about on and off for a while now, but it was never the right time for one reason or another. Now that I am able to get on during the week we figure it's a good time to start things rolling...

Now of course we have some people in mind that we have played with but we are opening it up to the whole clan to see if there are some players that have gone unnoticed. Please don't waste our time if you are not serious about this. The plan is to have 3 teams, 1. main tourney team, 2. scrim team, and 3. Euro-scrim team. That is not to say that if you are on team 2 or 3 you have no chance on team 1.

To be on any of the teams you must have vent, without exception. a mic is encouraged but we can work around it if you show us you really should be there.

I would like to tryout for the Tournament team when i play with u sniperchick im not always on my best becuz its morning and my eyes SWELL UP lol when its morning>.> so im not at my best then but i wanna tryout

I goo for the Scrim Team only cuz i dont play alot and i lost my touch since so i be happy if u just list me down just for important scrims like pubstarz

i think its a good idea cause now teams will be more organized

ok really i love scrimming with final justice so i want to be in the scrimming team plz

There will be more information about try outs soon so don't worry. just getting the information out right now and seeing who is interested.

i barley cant beat any1 in FJ u guys r just 2 good tho ill will try my hardest and if u see a player trying his hardest will u let him in?

pavel ur not the worst on the team noone is as long as everyone tries and sniper or one of her trusty like u thn yeah. but relle has long as u have fun and try were all winners

This has nothing to do with who we do or don't like. This is a matter of finding teams that will work well together and have skills. We are looking for people that can be team players as well as stand out on their own. What I mean by this is that we need people who are going to be involved, follow strats, make an effort to practice with each other, etc; but they also have their own abilities that will make them stand out, maybe it's that they can call strats, their ability with one weapon or another, the ability to clutch, the ability to 'play smart.' We are looking for a number of things from these people. Which is why I said they need to be serious. This is a game and should be fun, but we want players that are going to take things to a new level for our clan. The first round of trials will be this weekend, so please post times that you will be able to play if you are able to. If you can't make it this weekend then there will be other chances so please don't worry.

im willing to be in the team if you think i qualify, i got myself an m4 adv for 14 days (9 left) so i can get some scores now

Ok got a lot of things to say :

First of all, I'll be back watching the forums more and more, (havn't been on the forums for quite a long time).
Now I have some questions :

-Can there be more then one Scrim team? If so, I think the best for us is to get one Official scrim team (the best very best guys who work the best together) , and some other ones. (Me for example i'd liked to be in a scrim team, wich has fun, but can be serious and very pwnage at the right moments! And we need to work together well (I like force, cruel, FJ wikced, kyo, Iron etc. the guys a play a lot with! (i like them more then others , cuz we are in different time zone))
-Like you said tactic is very important too, i think for that each scrim team will need a sort of captain, wich will lead all the battles in the right way, supporting the team, and being responsible for the loss. So will we assign some captains?
-Next : team athmosphere is very impartant too, so be sure to put people together wich actually "love" eachother!

All the suggestions were allready great ones (like strategy is important too)

MEEE lol, But Serious, I would like to try out for the Official Scrim Team if you are going to accept that idea, Im on at Friday And Saturday and In mornings(my time morning) not always in morning but k, My question is to U Tiff, Are we going to have multiple scrimming teams? and if we do how big are these teams?

i think you guys need to read tiffs first post, it talks about more then one scrim team. i would also like to suggest that you read the thread before you suggest things ha ha but i do agree with teams having to mix well together. Time zone is also a problem but if you read the topic that problem has been solved. I also think scrim teams should come with with some separate straits and share they with the other fj scrim teams. and for my last suggestion i think it would be wise to pick specific parts of the scrim team players such as sniper, mid range, and tanker. Now for a final question will there be subs included per team or do you just take them from one of the other teams?
